PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe collagen production promotor, a proteoglycan production promotor and a chondrocyte migration promotor.SOLUTION: This invention relates to the collagen production promotor for shoulder tendon tissue, Achilles tendon tissue, osteoblast and myocyte, wherein the collagen production promotor contains artificial collagen that is a solvent having a concentration of 0.05 to 5.00%(w/v) or an aqueous solution having a concentration of 0.05 to 3.00%(w/v).
