PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and small fluid heating device used in various environmental conditions and further capable of continuously transferring and heating a fluid to a vein at an adjustable desired temperature.SOLUTION: A device 100 for heating a fluid flow from an initial temperature to a desired temperature for delivery in a vein includes a slender tube 120 formed of metal material, which has an inlet 102 for receiving the fluid flow at the initial temperature and an outlet 104 for delivering the fluid flow at a desired temperature. Temperature detectors 160, 162, and 224 are disposed at two or more positions along the tube 120 to generate an output showing the temperature of the fluid.
