Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Markersequenzen für Multiple Sklerose und deren diagnostische Verwendung samt einem Verfahren zum Screenen von potentiellen Wirkstoffen für Multiple Sklerose – Erkrankungen mittels dieser Markersequenzen.
