Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung sind ausgewählte Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen mit einem Gehalt an Siliconelastomeren, die sich hervorragend zur optischen Kaschierung von Falten eignen.Cosmetic composition in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, comprises (in wt.%): (a) oil phase (6-12), (a1) silicone elastomer (0.1-0.7), which thickens the oil phase and (a2) silicone oil (0-4)； (b) dispersed particle phase (13-35), (b1) silicone elastomer (13-35), which is present in an aqueous phase or dispersed in the emulsion and does not thicken the oil phase； (c) aqueous phase (52.4-80.95)； and (d) emulsifier (0.05-0.6), where the composition is free of wax, alkanol and polyol ester, respectively exhibiting a melting point of >；= 30[deg] C. Independent claims are also included for: (1) non-therapeutic optical lamination of wrinkles and irregularities of the skin, matting of the skin and/or equalization of the skin color, comprising applying the cosmetic composition on the skin； and (2) preparing an oil-in-water emulsion, comprising (i) providing an oil phase by mixing of all the components of the oil phase, except the perfume, (ii) providing an aqueous dispersion of silicone elastomer particles, (iii) mixing the oil phase with the aqueous dispersion of silicone elastomer particles and homogenizing the mixture to an oil-in-water pre-emulsion, (iv) providing an aqueous phase by mixing all the components of the aqueous phase, except the thickeners and preservatives, (v) mixing the aqueous phase with the pre-emulsion and homogenizing of this mixture and pre-emulsion to obtain oil-in-water emulsion, (vi) mixing the perfume, thickeners and preservatives to obtain oil-in-water emulsion, (vii) mixing the powdered silicone elastomer particles to obtain the oil-in-water emulsion.
