The invention relates to surgical instruments, in particular to the devices used for the drainage of cavitary lesion and subsequent stenting. A drain for the cavitary lesion transformable into a temporary stent, comprising the fixed on a holder flexible tube made of the shape memory radiopaque material, the tube comprising a distally disposed detachable part of the tube on which at least two separate, at least half-turns, arranged at least one at a time in a zone of the distal and proximal portions of the detachable tube is provided. The amount of at least the half-turns, their sizes, shapes and the spatial orientation, as well as the distance between two adjacent separate, at least the half-turns arranged on the proximal and distal sections are selected suitable for loose placement of at least the half-turns in the respective cavity and suitable for prevention of the spontaneous translocation of the separated detachable part of the tube between the cavities. The claimed drain, transformable into a stent, as well as the claimed device for percutaneous drainage with the subsequent stenting provide an opportunity for the fast and reliable percutaneous installation with the subsequent immediate or in a certain time transformation of the drain into the stent with the secure fixing in the drained cavity to form a temporary anastomosis and with absolute prevention from its spontaneous translocation and with an opportunity to easily remove the formed stent (e.g., endoscopically) after completion of the treatment.
