The invention relates to trauma and may be used in the treatment of fractures of the fibula. The apparatus consists of two needles with fixed supports, which are interconnected by telescopic rods. The supports are in the form of the proximal ring and distal half-rings, which are linked by two telescopic rods, wherein the proximal ring is arranged in a horizontal plane at the upper third of the tibia, and the distal half ring is disposed at the level of the ankle in the sagittal plane and directed ends of the proximal ring. Telescopic rods are fixed to the distal half-ring by means of arms, in different directions at the ends of the semiring.
