PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical stand device configured to firmly tie a drape without inhibiting the function of an arm.SOLUTION: Both of a lower arm 11 and an upper arm 10 are stored in a cover 14, and in appearance, only the cover 14 is present, so that a drape P can be firmly tied to the cover 14. The drape P can be thus tied to the cover 14 in close contact therewith without any looseness.
