Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device for measuring biometric data and a device for charging the same. The electronic device comprises: a housing a first electrode positioned on one surface of the housing and formed by using a conductive decoration a second electrode positioned on the other surface of the housing and coming into contact with a physical body of a user when the user wears the electronic device a sensor module electrically coupled to the first electrode and the second electrode a processor electrically coupled to the sensor module a display module electrically coupled to the processor and a memory electrically coupled to the processor. The memory can store commands for making the sensor module measure biometric signals of the user through the first electrode and the second electrode and making the processor analyze the measured biometric signals to provide information on a health state of the user to the user through the display module. In addition, other various embodiments based on technological philosophy of the present invention are possible.
