The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic or dermatological composition wherein a sticky feeling on use, which may be caused due to a lipophilic active ingredient contained in the composition, is reduced and a good feeling on touch of the composition is obtained. This purpose was accomplished by using a) at least 5% by weight of one or more of lipophilic cosmetic or dermatological active ingredients relative to the total amount of the composition b) a non-alcoholic volatile solvent which is different from a cyclomethicone c) a volatile alcohol d) wax particles and e) a non-volatile compound having at least one hydrophilic functional group.La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique ou dermatologique qui présente une réduction de la sensation collante lors de son utilisation, qui pourrait être due au principe actif lipophile contenu dans la composition, et une sensation agréable au toucher de celle-ci. Cet objectif a été accompli en utilisant a) au moins 5 % en poids dun ou plusieurs principes actifs lipophiles cosmétiques ou dermatologiques par rapport à la quantité totale de la composition b) un solvant volatile non alcoolique qui est différent dune cyclométhicone c) un alcool volatile d) des particules de cire et e) un composé non volatile ayant au moins un groupe fonctionnel hydrophile.
