The present invention relates to a bee escape assembly and a beekeeping apparatus having the same. The bee escape assembly comprises: a body unit forming a frame, connected with the upper part and having a guide groove inside； a sliding unit moving along the guide groove； and an elastic member supporting the sliding unit to be elastically supported to the upper part from the lower part.
