PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new biological complex group, method for producing the same, and use in oncologic field.SOLUTION: An antitumor biological complex can be obtained by indirect synthesis means using a molecular spacer between hyaluronic acid and/or a derivative thereof and a medicine with antitumor activity belonging to various groups. The new derivative has various physical and chemical characteristics regarding a bond type and a substitution degree, the resistance and effectiveness thereof are improved by the characteristics, and the more correct regulation of a dose and an active target guidance mechanism are made available.【課題】新規なバイオ複合体群、それらの製造方法、及び腫瘍学分野における使用を開示する。【解決手段】ヒアルロン酸及び／又はその誘導体と種々のグループに属する抗腫瘍活性を有する薬剤との間の分子スペーサーによる間接的合成手段によって得ることができる。前記新規な誘導体は、結合型及び置換度に関して様々な物理化学的特性を有し、前記特性によって、それらの耐性及び有効性が改善され、投与量のより正確な調整、能動的な標的誘導メカニズムの利用が可能になる。【選択図】なし
