PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet with which a taker can carry out oral taking of a medicine or the like directly without touching a hand with the medicine.SOLUTION: The packaging sheets 100, 100A, 100B, 100C, 100D include a sheet body 110 and an adhesion sheet 120. The sheet body has recesses 111, 111c, 111d. The adhesion sheet 120 is stuck closely to the sheet body as covering the recesses.
