According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for measuring a material causing environmental stress analyzes a water quality state of a marine product farm, and comprises: a reagent supply unit to supply a fixed amount of a light emitting reagent to a sensor unit through a reagent supply path； a sample fixed amount supply unit to receive a sample through a sample supply path to supply a fixed amount of the same to the sensor unit； and the sensor unit to receive the light emitting reagent and the sample from the reagent supply unit and the sample fixed amount supply unit. The sensor unit includes: a flow cell to provide a space in which the light emitting reagent and the sample are mixed to cause a chemical light emission reaction； and a light detection unit to detect light emitted by the chemical light emission reaction.
