PROCÉDÉ DE PRODUCTION DE BIOMASSE ET PRODUITS DÉRIVÉS DE CELLES-CI PAR LA CULTURE D'ALGUES UNICELLULAIRES DANS UN MILIEU AQUEUX ALIMENTÉ AVEC UN COURANT CO2 ET INSTALLATION DESTINÉE À CET EFFET
The invention relates to a process comprising cultivating unicellular algae in an aqueous medium in a set of photobioreactors with injection of a gas current containing CO2, characterised in that it also comprises accumulating the culture of unicellular algae following the extraction thereof, and subjecting said culture to successive treatment steps by which means biomass with a humidity degree of between 0 % and 90 % is obtained (mechanical and/or chemical extraction), and subsequently said biomass is subjected to extractions of lipids and/or fatty acids and a first reject (decantation and/or cavitation), of biooil and/or bio-crude and a second reject (low-temperature direct heat liquefaction) and of biofuel (cavitation, decantation and/or heat treatment), in such a way that the various rejects are stored, treated physicochemically and reincorporated into the process as a raw material. The invention also refers to a facility of photobioreactors designed for such a purpose, comprising separate chambers for each biomass and product extraction method, and for storing the rejects.
