Tyto deriváty inhibují pusobením urcitých proteintyrosinkináz rustového faktoru a jiných proteinkináz, címz inhibují abnormální rust urcitých bunecných typu.In the present invention, there is disclosed a substituted derivative of 3-cyanoquinoline of the general formula I', in which X represents 2,4-dihalogen-5-alkoxyphenl ring containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms in the alkoxy group； Gi1 denotes an alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms； Gi2 represents alkoxy-Het containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms in the alkoxy group, wherein if the Het radical is bound via N atom, this alkoxy group contains at least 2 carbon atoms； and Het can optionally represent a mono - or disubstituted piperidine pr piperazine radical or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. These derivatives inhibit by the action of certain growth factor protein tyrosine kinases and other protein kinases to thereby inhibit abnormal growth of certain cell types.
