To provide an information processor and program that can control the creativity of communications by changing the progress of groups.SOLUTION: A calculation unit 21 calculates the activity of autonomic nerves of participants by using biological information measured by a measurement device 10 for measuring the biological information of participants of a group. The calculation unit 21 also evaluates the degree of activity of autonomic nerves. A designing unit 22 designs the plan of the progress of communications in a group in a design manner that fits to the activity calculated by the calculation unit 21.
