PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonating device which provides external vibrations and human body-specific harmonic resonance through the external vibrations to allow the blood to flow in the users body smoothly through movements based on a resonance principle to thereby improve the users blood flow.SOLUTION: The resonating device comprises: a vibrating support plate 10 a vibrating component 30 an elastic component 50 and a chassis support plate 40. The vibrating support plate includes a first vibrating support plate 11 and a second vibrating support plate 12 mounted under the first vibrating support plate. The vibrating component is mounted vertically under a lower end of the second vibrating support plate.
