PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information acquisition device that detects light from an observation object with high accuracy and radiates light with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The biological information acquisition device comprises: a light detection unit for detecting light from an observation object an observation optical system 154 for guiding the light from the observation object to the light detection unit a light-emitting unit for radiating light and an illumination optical system 152 for guiding the light radiated by the light-emitting unit to the observation object.
