PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust a discharge rate of a paste fertilizer in conformity to fluctuation of a traveling speed based on tillage load fluctuation, even in a field having a large tillage load change, and thereby optimize the fertilizer discharge rate per area.SOLUTION: A tillage and fertilization working machine 3 is connected to a traveling unit 1 and is used, and performs tillage and fertilization simultaneously. The working machine includes: an input shaft 11 for inputting power from a PTO shaft 10 of a traveling unit 1 a tilling unit 4 for tilling soil by the power that is input from the input shaft 11 a fertilizer tank 18 for storing a paste fertilizer a fertilization pump 19 for sending the paste fertilizer in the fertilizer tank 18 and a fertilizer nozzle 6 for discharging the paste fertilizer sent from the fertilization pump 19 into the tilled soil.
