PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and effective underwater organism attachment-preventing material without containing a heavy metal and capable of substituting conventional underwater attachment-preventing materials, and underwater organism attachment-preventing coating.SOLUTION: This coating (underwater organism attachment-preventing coating) contains a poly[4-(2-thiocyanatoethoxy)phenyl (meth)acrylate] expressed by formula in the figure [wherein, R is H or methyl and (n) is &ge2 integer].
