PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article and the like in which an elastic member in a stretched state and an elastic member in a non-stretched state are alternately disposed and that can suppress visual incongruity and deterioration in a fitting feeling by retaining a position and a shape of the elastic member in the non-stretched state.SOLUTION: The absorbent article includes: a central elastic material 44 disposed at an outward direction of an absorber in a state stretched in the longitudinal direction and an elastic material cover sheet 43 that comes into contact with an outward face of the central elastic material. The elastic material cover sheet 43 covers a stretch area where the central elastic material stretches and a non-stretch area where the central elastic material does not stretch. An adhesive for fixing the central elastic material in a stretched state is applied to the central elastic material in the stretch area.
