PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-human knockout animal where PI3K-C2&alpha gene is deleted, to provide a method for creating the same, and to provide application using the knockout animal and the animal-derived tissues/cells.SOLUTION: The non-human knockout animal and offspring animals thereof are provided which keep the functions of part or the whole of PI3K-C2&alpha gene deleted each on the homologous chromosome, and represent disorders or symptoms associated with angiogenesis and/or neovascularization. Tissues/cells derived from the animal are also provided.
