PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage, improving insatiability of sweetness caused by a high sweetness sweetener and faults of tastes such as a bitter taste and a harsh taste without hardly changing the design quality of the beverage.SOLUTION: Alginic acids are compounded with a beverage containing a high sweetness sweetener. The alginic acids of 0.1-1,000 ppm are contained, and the alginic acids is one or two or more kinds of alginic acids selected from a group composed of propylene glycol alginate, sodium alginate and potassium alginate.
