A medical material for stimulating tissue reconstruction and regeneration comprises a middle layer, a surface layer, a bottom layer, and a hydrogel layer. The surface layer and the bottom layer are respectively disposed on the opposite surfaces of the middle layer and the surfaces of the surface layer and the bottom layer are both provided with cavities in an irregular arrangement, wherein the surface layer and its cavities are configured with bacteriostats the bottom layer and its cavities are configured with reconstruction proteomics and the surface layer is sealed and combined with the hydrogel layer. The surfaces of the reconstruction proteomics and hydrogel layer are respectively provided for hyperplasia of alveolar bone and gum soft tissue, which may rapidly stabilize the root of dental implant so as to reduce the healing period for stabilizing the root of dental implant.
