This invention discloses a radiation safety and protection management process, including: maintaining the routine diagnostic procedures of nuclear medicine performing the home radiation protection parameters surveys evaluating an optimization discharge time for the patient to go home according to patients initial dose rate measurement value and the characteristics parameters of the effective half-life period establishing the radiation safety and protection management processes for the discharged patient of nuclear medicine treatment, which is based on editing an improved home radiation dose impact mode to be the calculating core for evaluating the impact time table for expected unintended radiation exposure of the friends and relatives after the patient returning home, and home doses impact time table is used as the basis for making the decision of optimal discharging time, and as the basis of re-assessing whether the patients need to be hospitalized for isolation control and producing a customized home care and radiation protection health education leaflets according to the result of home radiation protection parameters survey and the home-dose impact timetable.本發明揭示了一種輻射安全與防護管理流程,包含:維持核醫科例行之診療程序;實施居家輻射防護參數調查;依患者初始劑量率量測值及有效半衰期特性參數評估最適化出院返家時間;建立核醫診療患者出院返家輻射安全與防護管理流程,其以改良式返家輻射劑量影響模式為基礎而編輯之程式為計算核心,評估返家後預期造成周遭親友非預期輻射曝露的影響時間表,返家劑量影響時間表作為最適化出院返家時間之決策依據,並作為再評估接受診斷藥物患者是否需要住院隔離管制之依據;依居家輻射防護參數調查結果與返家劑量影響時間表,製作客製化居家照護與輻射防護衛教單張。步驟S1~S14 依據本發明之流程步驟
