A pharmaceutical composition for diseases caused by Salmonella Enteritidis contains the bacteriophage as an active ingredient. The diseases include food poisoning, enteritis, salmonellosis, fowl typhoid, or acute bacillemia. A feed additive contains the bacteriophage as an active ingredient.
