PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tomographic apparatus for improving measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: Body motions of a subject 28 are detected from two still images photographed by a still image photographing part 38 after some time in the same photographing position. This enables the determination of the reliability of a tomographic image for tomosynthesis acquired by a tomosynthesis photographing part 32 on the basis of the body motion detected by a body motion detecting part 44. Consequently, the measurement accuracy of the radiation tomographic apparatus 10 is improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】測定精度の向上を図ることができる放射線断層撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】静止画撮影部38が同一撮影位置で時間を経て撮影した2枚の静止画に基づき、被検体28の体動を検出する。これにより、トモシンセシス撮影部32で取得したトモシンセシス用断層画像の信頼性を、体動検出部44で検出した体動に基づいて判定することが可能となる。その結果、放射線断層撮影装置10の測定精度の向上を図ることができる。【選択図】図1
