PURPOSE: A phytosphingosine derivative is provided to have excellent prevention, releasing, and treating effects of skin diseases, autoimmune diseases and hyperkeratotic disorders. CONSTITUTION: A phytosphingosine derivative is represented by chemical formula 1. A composition for preventing and treating inflammatory skin diseases, autoimmune diseases and hyperkeratotic disorders comprises the phytosphingosine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A manufacturing method of the phytosphingosine derivative comprises a step of conducting a reaction of maleic anhydride or fumaric acid, and phytosphingosine, in an organic solvent； and a step of separating the phytosphingosine derivative from the results. The organic solvent includes dichloromethane and N,N-dimethylformamide with a mixing ratio of 3:1(v/v).본 발명은 신규한 피토스핑고신 유도체 및 이를 포함하는 염증성 피부질환과 자가면역질환 및 피부과다각화증의 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 상기 화학식 I의 피토스핑고신 유도체 및 이를 포함하는 염증성 피부질환과 자가면역질환 및 피부과다각화증의 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 피토스핑고신 유도체가 염증과 자가면역질환 및 피부과다각화증에 관여하는 전사인자, 염증매개물질의 발현과 생성, 신호전달 기작, 효소의 발현과 활성 등에 관여하여 염증성 피부질환과 자가면역질환 및 피부과다각화증의 예방 및 개선, 치료 효능이 기존의 피토스핑고신 보다 뛰어나 경쟁력 있는 의약품의 제조에 효과적이다.
