The invention relates to a multifunction therapeutical device to be used in modern alternative therapeutical techniques, such as magneto-therapy and bio-stimulation, for treating various diseases of circulatory, muscular and nervous systems and to a process for making the same. According to the invention, the device has the shape of a circular bracelet (1) made of a plastic strip, in the middle of which there is mounted a bio-stimulating means consisting of a core (2) made of conductive silver charged with carbon nanotubes the circular bracelet (1) is provided with an electrode (3) making the contact with the skin, having a plurality of silver filaments (4) throughout its length, and steel rods (6) mounted at the ends, for fixing it onto the wrist.
