PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological apparatus efficiently measuring a plurality of eye characteristics while evading the contact of a subject and the apparatus.
SOLUTION: The ophthalmological apparatus has a measuring part body movable to the front, back, right and left, in which a first measuring part with an optical system for measuring the first eye characteristic of an eye to be examined and a second measuring part with an optical system for measuring the second eye characteristic of the eye to be examined at a distance shorter than the operation distance of the first measuring part to the eye to be examined are arranged. The ophthalmological apparatus also comprises: a position information acquisition means for acquiring the position information in the front and back directions of the measuring part body when the eye to be examined is measured by using the first measuring part a movement limit position information acquisition means for acquiring movement limit position information to the side of the eye to be examined of the measuring part body on the basis of the position information acquired in the position information acquisition means and a movement regulation means for regulating the movement of the measuring part body when performing measuring by using the second measuring part on the basis of the movement limit position information obtained by the movement limit position information acquisition means.
