To provide a pulse waveform analysis method and program allowing for acquisition of a highly reliable analysis result of a pulse waveform.SOLUTION: The pulse waveform analysis method comprises the steps of: acquiring a pulse wave of a subject； determining presence of abnormality of a pulse of the subject on the basis of the acquired pulse wave； acquiring a body motion of the subject； determining presence of influence of the body motion on determination of presence of abnormality on the basis of comparison between the magnitude of the body motion and a set body motion threshold, and if the magnitude of the body motion exceeds the body motion threshold, holding a set influence period and determination that there is influence； and, if there is determination that there is influence, removing a determination result of presence of abnormality, or reducing reliability of the determination result of presence of abnormality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】信頼性の高い脈波形の解析結果を得ることが可能な脈波形解析方法、及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】脈波形解析方法は、被験者の脈波を取得することと、取得した脈波に基づいて、被験者の脈の異常の有無を判定することと、被験者の体動を取得することと、取得した体動の大きさと設定された体動閾値との比較に基づいて異常の有無の判定に対する体動の影響の有無を判定し、体動の大きさが体動閾値を超えた場合に、設定された影響期間、影響有りの判定を保持することと、影響有りの判定がある場合に、異常の有無の判定結果を除外する、又は異常の有無の判定結果の信頼度を低下させることと、を備える。【選択図】図２
