PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile presentation device capable of providing a human body with a real tactile sense by effectively applying electric stimulus while retaining a natural human tactile sense, in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An electric tactile presentation device includes: an electrode substrate 10 to be mounted, with it coming into contact with the skin； and multiple electrodes 13 for presenting the tactile sense onto a contact surface of the electrode substrate 10 in contact with the skin, by the electric stimulus. The electrode substrate 10 comprises a flexible circuit body, a part of which comes into contact with a real object is flexibly deformed along with deformation of the skin.
