PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water diffusion evaporation film that allows water to diffuse and evaporate on its surface, the water diffusion evaporation film having an unconventionally high quality in performance and safety.SOLUTION: A plant-derived water-soluble polymer and a polymer emulsion are combined to form a film, and the plant-derived water-soluble polymer is made to be insoluble in water during and after the formation of the film, thus preparing a safe and high-performance water diffusion evaporation film. As a result, safe and high-performance humidifiers, coolers and cheese production machines can be developed.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 水が拡散し表面で蒸発する水拡散蒸発膜には性能面及び安全性の面において優れた品質の物はなかった。【解決手段】 植物由来の水溶性ポリマーと高分子エマルジョンを組み合わせ膜を作成し膜の形成途中あるいは膜の形成後植物由来の水溶性ポリマーを水不溶化する事によって安全にして高性能の水拡散蒸発膜を作製した。この結果安全高性能の加湿器、冷却器やチーズ製造器を開発出来た。【選択図】なし
