The present disclosure is directed to an oral tablet of ribocyclib comprising a salt of ribocyclib. One embodiment of the present disclosure is directed to ribocyclib tablets with an immediate release profile and high drug content. One embodiment of the present disclosure is directed to a coated tablet of ribocyclib.
