The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition including a biocompatible polymer in association with a eukaryotic cell a platelet extract and/or lysate or a growth factor to be used as a drug for the prevention and/or treatment of tissue lesions. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical kit which includes a biocompatible polymer in association with a eukaryotic cell for the prevention and/or treatment of tissue lesions. The present invention also relates to the use of a pharmaceutical composition including a biocompatible polymer in association with a eukaryotic cell a platelet extract and/or lysate or a growth factor for manufacturing a drug for the treatment of tissue lesions. The present invention can be used in particular in the veterinary and pharmaceutical fields.
