Conventionally, due to the high temperature generated during the irradiation of ultraviolet lamps, foreign matters adhered to the outside of the sleeve and hardened, resulting in a problem that UV irradiation was not properly performed. In order to solve this problem, but using a cleaning device, there is a problem that the sterilization efficiency is lowered due to unstable cleaning due to wear of the parts (wiper ring). Therefore, an apparatus for preventing foreign matter from adhering to the sleeve surface of the present invention is to solve the above problem.본 고안은 관로형 소독 설비에서 소독시 사전에 슬리브 표면에 이물질이 붙지 않도록 하여 자외선 살균 효율을 크게 향상 시키는 데 있다. 기존에는 자외선 램프의 조사 과정에서 발생되는 고열로 인해 슬리브 외부에 이물질이 붙어 굳어져, 자외선 조사가 제대로 안되어지는 문제가 발생했다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 세척장치를 사용하고 있으나, 부품(와이퍼 링)의 마모로 인한 불안정한 세척으로 살균 효율이 떨어지는 문제점도 있다. 따라서, 본 고안의 슬리브 표면에 이물질이 붙지 않도록 하는 장치는 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다.
