An apparatus to detect tablets for a blister packing machine is provided to distinguish a good product and a defective product to separately return the products in a blister packing process to pack the tablets, by using a vision system to detect faults by detecting a broken tablet, an external material, tablets having different colors, sizes and shapes, and whether the tablet is filled in a package film.
