PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet preventing a sheet-like food from becoming wet even in a state of packaging rice mass.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet 1 is integrated by sandwiching a sheet-like food 4 between a rectangular outer film 2 and an inner film 3 provided on the reverse side of the outer film 2 in a developing state, and welding the outer film 2 and the inner film 3 on the outer periphery of the sheet-like food 4. The outer film 2 has an external separable part 21, and the inner film 3 has an internal separable part 31 on a position opposite to the external separable part 21.
