PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auditory stimulation device for maintaining or recovering an auditory function by applying stimulation such as pressure stimulation to an internal ear through an external auditory canal.SOLUTION: An auditory stimulation device 1 comprises: a pressure generation part 10 a tube 14 a bag body 16 and an attachment member 17. The pressure generation part 10 is connected to the tube 14 and generates pressure which is transmitted to inside of the tube 14. The pressure generation part 10 comprises: a tube 11 for forming a circulation path for circulating a fluid and a pump 12 for circulating a liquid in the circulation path. The pump 12 is operated so as to apply pressure which pulsates to the liquid. The pulsating pressure is transmitted to the tube 14. The bag body 16 is connected to the tube 14 at a tip end of the tube 14. The bag body 16 is held in an inserted state inserted into an ear hole by the attachment member 17. The bag body 16 is expanded and shrunk by the pulsating pressure transmitted through the tube 14. By expansion and shrinkage of the bag body 16, physical compression and stimulation by a sound are applied to the external auditory canal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】外耳道を通じて耳内部へ圧刺激等の刺激を与えて聴覚機能を維持、又は回復させる聴覚刺激装置を提供する。【解決手段】聴覚刺激装置1は、圧力生成部10と、管14と、袋体16と、取付部材17とを備える。圧力生成部10は、管14と接続され、管14の内部へ伝達する圧力を生成する。圧力生成部10は、流体を循環させる循環経路を構成する管11と、循環経路で液体を循環させるポンプ12とを備える。ポンプ12は脈動する圧力を液体に与えるよう動作する。この脈動する圧力が管14へ伝達される。袋体16は、管14と管14先端で接続される。袋体16は耳孔に挿入された状態を取付部材17により保持される。管14を通じて伝達される脈動する圧力により袋体16は膨張・収縮する。袋体16の膨張・収縮により外耳道には物理的な圧迫、及び音による刺激が与えられる。【選択図】 図1
