PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter that can reduce a vibration amplitude generated by a gear mesh.SOLUTION: A rotational case 31 is provided with: an eccentricity input gear which can be freely rotatable with respect to a planting rotational shaft 30 a pair of rotational shafts which drive respective planting rods to rotate eccentricity output gears provided to the respective pair of rotational shafts and a pair of transition gears that deliver driving force from the eccentricity input gear to the pair of eccentricity output gears. Rotational centers of each of the pair of transition gears are positioned on the region excluding on the line between a rotational center of the eccentricity input gear and each rotational centers of the pair of eccentricity output gears, and rotational centers of each of the pair of transition gears are positioned so as to be point-symmetry with respect to a rotational center of the eccentricity input gear.
