A patient-specific surgical guide for positioning onto a glenoid of a patient. The patient-specific surgical guide comprises a support structure, a first guiding element corresponding to a first surgical plan, a second guiding element corresponding to a second surgical plan different from the first surgical plan and a patient-specific positioning element. The patient-specific positioning element is linked to or forms an integral part of the support structure, and comprises a patient-specific surface which conforms with at least part of one or more feature of the bone on or around the glenoid.La présente invention concerne des guides scapulaires spécifiques à un patient pour le positionnement sur une cavité glénoïde d'un patient, comportant au moins deux éléments de positionnement spécifiques au patient, chacun comprenant une surface spécifique au patient qui est conforme avec au moins une ou des partie(s) des caractéristiques de l'os sur ou autour de ladite cavité glénoïde, la combinaison des éléments de positionnement spécifiques au patient assurant un ajustement sécurisé dudit dispositif lorsqu'il est positionné sur l'os.
