PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device which allows a user to distinguish tissue properties in a case where movement of an object is detected or not detected on the basis of the difference in the tissue properties.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device comprises: a transmission control part which makes an ultrasonic probe transmit a first ultrasonic wave and makes the ultrasonic probe transmit a second ultrasonic wave after the first ultrasonic wave is transmitted a detection part which detects the presence/absence of movement of an object in a biological tissue with the first ultrasonic wave in a two-dimensional region with color Doppler processing or B flow processing on the basis of the echo signal obtained with transmission of the second ultrasonic wave an evaluation part which performs evaluation on the tissue property with respect to the portion of interest of the biological tissue on the basis of the detection of the detection part and a display image control part which displays a color image CI in accordance with the evaluation of the evaluation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
