An orthodontic device and methods thereof for correcting an arrangement of teeth are provided. The orthodontic device includes a plurality of brackets for attaching to teeth a plurality of spring anchoring units, wherein each of the plurality of spring anchoring units is attached to one of the plurality of brackets and a spring having a tension, two-dimensional longitudinal deformability and two-dimensional rotational deformability, wherein the spring is attached to each spring anchoring unit, wherein the tension is zero prior to attaching the plurality of brackets to the teeth, wherein further the tension is greater than zero immediately after attaching the plurality of brackets to the teeth, wherein further the tension is zero when the plurality of brackets is attached to the teeth and in an optimal position.Linvention concerne un dispositif orthodontique et ses procédés pour corriger un agencement de dents. Le dispositif orthodontique comprend une pluralité de supports à fixer sur des dents une pluralité dunités dancrage de ressort, chacune de la pluralité dunités dancrage de ressort étant fixée à lun de la pluralité de supports un ressort ayant une tension, une capacité de déformation longitudinale bidimensionnelle et une capacité de déformation rotative bidimensionnelle, le ressort étant fixé à chaque unité dancrage de ressort, la tension étant nulle avant de fixer la pluralité de supports sur les dents, la tension étant supérieure à zéro immédiatement après la fixation de la pluralité de supports sur les dents, la tension étant nulle lorsque la pluralité de supports est fixé sur les dents et dans une position optimale.
