Reference vegetation information, which may be vegetation information in a state without the specific environmental stress, is also determined. Then, information indicative of a difference between the reference vegetation information and vegetation information obtained from an imaging signal of the vegetation in a state in which the specific environmental stress may be present is determined as information relating to the environmental stress on the vegetation.
