The present invention provides an apparatus for inducing rehabilitation of an upper limb portion linked with a hand exercise, which comprises: a support (10)； a first exercise unit connected to the support (10) to cause vertical and twisting exercises of the upper limb portion； a second exercise unit connected to the first exercise unit to cause a bending and stretching exercise of the upper limb portion； a third exercise unit connected to the second exercise unit via a glove (42) for being gripped by a hand； and a control unit controlling the first exercise unit, the second exercise unit and the third exercise unit according to a set algorithm. Therefore, the present invention forms a light, thin, short and small structure to be easily carried and stored, and induces a series of motions for strengthening muscles of an arm in a customized manner while being gripped by the hand to enhance an outcome of a rehabilitation training.본 발명은 손 운동과 연동하여 상지부의 재활을 유도하는 장치에 있어서: 지지대(10)； 상기 지지대(10)에 상지부의 상하 및 비틀림 운동을 유발하도록 연결되는 제1운동부； 상기 제1운동부에 상지부의 굴신 운동을 유발하도록 연결되는 제2운동부； 상기 제2운동부에 손으로 파지하기 위한 글로브(42)를 개재하여 연결되는 제3운동부； 및 상기 제1운동부, 제2운동부, 제3운동부를 설정된 알고리즘으로 제어하는 제어수단；을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라, 휴대와 보관이 용이하도록 경박단소한 구조로 형성되고 손으로 파지한 상태에서 팔의 근력 강화를 위한 일련의 모션을 맞춤형으로 유도하여 재활훈련의 성과를 향상하는 효과가 있다.
