The present invention relates to a rehabilitation exercise device for patients with weakened muscles on lower extremity. According to the present invention, the rehabilitation exercise device for patients with weakened muscles on lower extremity comprises: a horizontal bar assembly (100) supported by both hands of the patient to allow the patient to conduct gait training； and a gait assistive device (200) mounted to the lower extremity of the patient and protecting the lower extremity of the patient when the patient undergoes the gait training using the horizontal bar assembly (100). According to the present invention, by mounting a rotation plate on the horizontal bar assembly, it is possible to improve ability to change directions in the patient with weakened muscles on lower extremity through the gait training.본 발명은 하지근력 저하 환자용 재활운동기기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 하지근력 저하 환자용 재활운동기기는 환자가 양손으로 지지하면서 보행훈련을 수행하는 평행 바 조립체(100)； 및 상기 환자의 하지에 장착되어, 상기 환자가 상기 평행 바 조립체(100)를 이용하여 보행훈련시 상기 환자의 하지를 보호하는 보행보조기(200)；를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 평행 바 조립체에 회전판을 장착하여, 하지근력저하 환자의 보행훈련으로 방향전환능력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
