FIELD: training means.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pedagogics and is intended to increase efficiency of mastering material by improving health of students in the classroom. Material is analysed with simultaneous health-corrective measures. Health-corrective measures include finding children in decompression positions and doing health-corrective exercises. Children are placed on the floor in the decompression positions unloaded for the spinal column in a circle, in the centre of which replaceable flat geometric figures are arranged, which are in the form of didactic aids. Arrangement of children is selected based on the possibility of tactile contact with benefits. Assimilation of the training material is accompanied by a change in the decompression positions including lying on the back, lying on the abdomen, lying on its side, knee-wrist, and sequential change of motor health-corrective exercises: joint exercises, respiratory and dynamic exercises. Exercise time for each exercise ranges from 10 seconds to 2 minutes.
