PURPOSE: A manual motion assisting apparatus capable of allowing a user to move in a sitting and a standing condition is provided to optionally and manually allow the apparatus to move back and forth, and left and right, rotate, and revolute, thereby allowing the user to move in the sitting and a standing condition. CONSTITUTION: A manual motion assisting apparatus capable of allowing a user to move in a sitting and a standing condition comprises a link part, an extended unit, a driving unit(30), and a position adjusting unit(40). The extended unit is extended between a rod fixing bar, which is added to the rear end of the lower bar of the link part, and a front end leg part(2) so that one side of a horizontal seat(1) opposite to the leg part is vertically lifted up. The driving unit transmits power from an upper driving belt(36) to a lower driving belt(33) with a link hinge(35) as the center in order to link with the height variation of a seat part. The position adjusting unit horizontally or vertically adjusts the position of the seat part.본 발명은 시트부(1)를 지지하며 고정된 전방 다리부(5) 상부 및 그 하부에 이격된 바닥바힌지축(12) 및 아래힌지축(14)으로 각각 일단이 유착된 바닥바(11) 및 아래바(13)와, 시트부(1) 뒷면측 하부에 고정된 수평바(16)에 고정된 수직바(17)와, 수직바(17) 하단에 설치한 수직바힌지축(18)에 상기 아래바(13) 다른 단에 설치한 아래링크(19)가 유착되어 시트부(1)의 수평 및 수직위치로 이동시 상호 링크작용하는 링크부(10)； 상기 링크부(10)의 아래바(13) 후단에 부가한 로드고정바(24)와 전방다리부(5) 사이에서 신장되어 수평의 시트(1)를 전방다리부(5) 반대편이 수직으로 들리도록 하는 신장수단(20)； 전방다리부(5)에 지지된 구동휠지지바(39)에 유착된 구동휠(31), 시트부(1)의 측면바에 유착된 핸드휠(38), 핸드휠(38)의 동력을 구동휠(31)에 전달하며 시트부(1)의 높이 변화에 연동하도록 링크힌지(35)를 중심으로 상부구동벨트(36)에서 하부구동벨트(33)로 동력을 전달하는 구동수단(30)； 및 시트부(1)양 측면 후부에 각각 설치된 측판(41)에 등받이프레임(1b)과 측면바(43,43')가 힌지결합되어 시트부(1)의 수평이나 수직위치로 위치를 조절하는 위치조절수단(40)을 포함하여 구성한 착석과 기립시 이동이 가능한 수동식 이동보조기이다.
