PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having excellent solubility, etc., and suitable for a lesion-selective liposome contrast medium.

SOLUTION: The compound is represented by general formula (I) [wherein, m represents an integer of 1-9 n represents an integer of 2-10 and Ste represents a hydrocarbon group containing general formula (II) as a partial structure] or a salt, etc., thereof. Lesions of blood vessel can selectively be imaged by MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) imaging or PET (positron emission tomography) imaging using the contrast medium comprising a liposome containing the compound or salt, etc., thereof.
