The present invention relates to a deicing material blocking curtain supporting device which partially blocks damage which is generated on plants which are set on a flower bed by using a deicing material including a calcium chloride, which is spread on a road in winter, is spattered to the flower bed by a vehicle and generates damage on plants by wind and, more specifically, to a deicing material blocking curtain which is easy to be installed and removed and includes a support capable of having a great effect of blocking a deicing material and being used semi-permanently by supporting the deicing blocking curtain in the center of the boundary stone of a side walk and road. The deicing material blocking curtain supporting device which supports a deicing blocking curtain to prevent plants on a flower bed, which is distinguished from a vehicle road by the boundary stone of a sidewalk and road which has an upper side, a flower bed side, and a vehicle road side, from being damaged by a deicing material. The deicing material curtain supporting device includes: a combining member including a steel plate member which is combined with the flower bed side of the boundary stone of the sidewalk and road by adhesive or an anchor bolt and a groove member which includes a sunken groove by being combined with the plate member and a fixing member including a combining unit which is arranged to be parallel to the flower bed side of the boundary stone of the sidewalk and road and is temporarily fixated by being inserted into the groove member of the combining member, a holder which is bent and extended from the combining unit and is mounted on the upper side of the boundary stone of the sidewalk and road, and a curtain fixing unit which is bent and extended in the upper direction of the boundary stone of the sidewalk and road from the holder in the central part of the boundary stone of the sidewalk and road and fixates the deicing material curtain.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은 겨울에 도로에 뿌려지는
